The Guarini School of Graduate and Advanced Studies provides a number of resources to graduate students, many of which are listed on the website and in an online newsletter from the Assistant Dean of Graduate Student Affairs sent a couple times a week that outlines upcoming and current workshops and opportunities. When you are looking for academic help, it is often good to start by asking other graduate students, as most of the time there is someone who can help point you in the right direction!

The Writing Center

Dartmouth Center for the Advancement of Learning - teaching support, including orientation for new TAs that take place at the beginning of each new academic year

Information, Technology, and Consulting - provides general IT support; but, first make sure to check their Knowledge Base, as it also lists common problems, as well as available software and how to access it

Research Computing and Data- Research Computing at Dartmouth offers a variety of workshops and individual computational support 

Spatial Data Science - as a more specific resource, Research Computing offers support with GIS software, as does the Citrin Family GIS/Applied Spatial Analysis Lab

Library Resources - provides access to many journal online databases, but also provides guides on literature search and managing your references; if the article is not online or in physical collections on campus, you can request it through Dartmouth Libraries

Graduate Student Council - GSC provides conference travel grants but also organizes various networking events
